Kashmir Creative Education Foundation (KCEF) a registered society established in 1997 to further the cause of education and to disseminate quality education at par to the modern demands. Kashmir Creative Education Foundation (KCEF) Is located at Payer Road Pulwama KCEF is presently running bachelor's course of Education (B.Ed) since 2002. The college is recognized by J&K Govt. and affiliated to the University of Kashmir. The college has the Intake capacity of more than 400 students, as such It Is amongst the top colleges of the valley and the only college of Distt. Pulwama which has the Intake capacity of more than 400 students. The society is running BA.LLB (5 year course) and LL.B (3year course) which is affiliated to Bar Council of India and University of Kashmir.
